“FES” Drama Section

The FES drama section for adults, young people and children prepares plays for events and celebrations organized by the association. Besides Turku, the plays have been performed in other cities, such as Tampere, Närpes and Helsinki.

Among the most popular plays were “A ko sam to ja?” (“Who am I?”), a humorous story of a Bosnian family living in Finland facing an identity crisis, and “Hadžibeg”, based on the book of the same name by Kemal Čopra. A play against peer violence in schools was also very popular.

Rehearsals were held once a week. The section is led by Irma Rožajac. The section is not currently active.
